These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rrr3 governing your access to and use of the rrr3 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and account facilities available at rrr3.pro. 3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an rrr3 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
3.2 rrr3 will conduct age and identity verification checks as part of the KYC process. rrr3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player cannot provide satisfactory evidence of age, rrr3 will suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any winnings accrued prior to verification, returning only the Player's deposited principal where applicable.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. rrr3 makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing the Platform from any specific jurisdiction outside those covered by its international gaming licence.
4.1 Each Player may register one Account only on the rrr3 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times by contacting rrr3 support.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. rrr3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.4 You must notify rrr3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team at the email address listed in Section 16.
4.5 rrr3 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend an existing Account, or require additional verification at any time, for any reason consistent with its licensing obligations, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at such other times as rrr3 deems necessary, Players will be required to complete identity verification by submitting copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and may result in the return of deposited funds to the original payment source.
5.1 All transactions on the rrr3 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rrr3 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are set out in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. rrr3 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges independently.
5.3 Funds deposited into your rrr3 Wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. rrr3 is not responsible for delays in fund receipt caused by third-party payment processors.

5.5 rrr3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where it has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. rrr3 will notify the Player of any such hold where legally permissible to do so.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrr3 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 Where rrr3 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, rrr3 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Account; void any bets or gameplay sessions conducted in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any associated winnings or Bonus Funds; report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
10.1 All content on the rrr3 Platform, including but not limited to the rrr3 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of rrr3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Third-party game content made available through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Your use of such content is subject to those providers' applicable terms in addition to these Terms.
11.1 rrr3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at rrr3.pro/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support purposes.
11.3 rrr3 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who are contractually bound to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
12.1 The rrr3 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rrr3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
12.2 rrr3 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
12.3 rrr3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their rrr3 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit rrr3's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 rrr3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.
13.2 You may request closure of your rrr3 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure at your request, any verified Real Money balance remaining in your Wallet (after deduction of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method.
13.3 Where an Account is closed by rrr3 for breach of these Terms, particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct, rrr3 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where warranted, permanently forfeit it.
13.4 Following Account closure, all licences granted to you under these Terms terminate immediately. rrr3 may retain your personal data for such periods as required by its licensing obligations and applicable law.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and the entire Agreement between rrr3 and each Player shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrr3's international gaming licence is issued.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, Players are encouraged to contact rrr3 customer support in the first instance. rrr3 will endeavour to resolve all complaints informally within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under rrr3's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable mechanism are available upon request from customer support.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
15.1 rrr3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rrr3 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document. Players who do not agree with any revised Terms should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as outlined in Section 13.2.
15.3 Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, may be made without prior notice.
